What is KOMBUCHA?
The short answer: fermented tea.
The long answer: Kombucha is a living, effervescent beverage that contains probiotics, enzymes, yeasts, and acids. SKY Kombucha starts with organic and fair-trade green and black tea mixed with organic sugar. This “sweet tea” is fermented for weeks, allowing the culture (SCOBY – see more below) to eat most of the sugar and caffeine, resulting in a brew that tastes tangy and slightly sweet ~ known affectionately as “kombucha.” We then infuse our kombucha with fruit, herbs, fresh juice, and even vegetables!
Naturally raw and unfiltered, SKY Kombucha is USDA-certified ORGANIC, vegan, gluten free, and non-GMO.
Kombucha is known for its purported health benefits, including enhancing digestive health, boosting the immune system, helping with inflammation, detoxing, and even suppressing the appetite.
We offer our original brew, as well as ginger, grape, mint, strawberry, cranberry, lilikoi, and other seasonal flavors. We source our fruits and herbs from local farms in Hawaii, wherever possible.

Mint: original brew, local fresh mint leaves.
Ginger: original brew, local ginger.
Lilikoi: original brew, fresh local lilikoi.
Cranberry: original brew, organic cranberry juice.
Strawberry: original brew, organic strawberries.
Pumpkin Spice: original brew, organic pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla bean, ginger.
Beet-i-ful: original brew, organic beet, and organic ginger.
